Bon Air can provide a contracted maintenance service for all makes of air conditioning systems, heating, ventilation and ductwork systems to ensure that your equipment is serviced on a regular basis all at a competitive rate.

Maintenance of air conditioning systems can save time and money by preventing unexpected repair bills. For example if you bought a top of the range BMW you would not expect maximum performance and trouble free warranty claims if the vehicle was not regularly serviced!

Maintenance contracts are simple and annually renewable and can include: 

• Boiler servicing and efficiency testing

• Air Handling Units

• Humidification

• Pumps & pressurisation units

• Heating/cooling controls

• Hot & cold water services

• Gas & Electrical testing

• Air conditioning equipment

• Sanitising and chemical de-scaling

Also included with a Planned Maintenance Contract is an emergency call out service.

Bon Air also offers Industrial and Commercial clients a fast and reliable gas service in accordance Gas Safe Register and the current legislation.  Schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Offices, Factories and Rented Accommodation etc. will be provided with full Landlord Safety (CP12) documentation.
